These are samples of pricing for various solutions built around RW Net:
Scenario 1:
A company wants to develop a desktop application to guide vehicles used in 911-operations.
They are going to use commercial street data already checked for errors.
The application will be distributed with the street data pre-compiled.
The consulting company needs a RW Net Standard Site licence, since the application will be developed by several people,
but the size of the street network does not require the Pro version.
Requirement:
1 RW Net Standard Site licence: 2250 Euro
Annual cost for RW Net Standard upgrades and support is 900 Euro (not mandatory).
Scenario 2:
A consulting company wants to develop a desktop application which is going to be used by 3 local counties.
Each county will edit and maintain their own street network. They assign 1 person (super-user) to do
the maintenance and compiling (requires NWcreate functionality), while several people in other departments
will be using the application in a light version for various tasks - distance lookups, printing driving directions, etc.
The consulting company needs a RW Net Pro licence since the network-checking functions are needed by the counties.
The application will be developed by 1 person, so they only need 1 licence.
Requirement:
1 RW Net Pro license: 2000 Euro
3 deployment licences for the super users: 1500 Euro
Annual cost for RW Net Pro upgrades and support is 800 Euro (not mandatory).
Scenario 3:
A large transportation company has customers calling to move goods from one place to another. They want to
be able to give a price right away and for that they need the driving distance. They want to put this functionality on
an intranet/LAN server, from which desktop applications can make requests (for easier maintenance).
They are going to use commercial street data already checked for errors.
Requirement:
1 RW Net Standard licence: 1000 Euro
1 intranet server: Free
Annual cost for RW Net Standard upgrades and support is 400 Euro (not mandatory).
Later, to save some operator time, they want a copy of this functionality on their website so customers can
look up the price themselves, 24x7x365 availability, etc.
Requirement:
1 internet server licence: 2000 Euro (this covers as many servers as you like for the site)
No annual cost for this.
