Procedure NWunload;
Unloads the topological network and frees corresponding memory. All indexes and temporary results are also freed.
It is not needed to call NWunload unless you want to save memory since it is always called automatically, when creating / loading a new network etc. It is also called automatically, when the network object is free'd.
