CartoVCL & RW Net Carto

In July 2002 CartoWorld and RouteWare signed an
agreement by which users of CartoVCL (the mapping component) receive
a free licence for RW Net VCL in a special version which only supports CartoWorld CGF format.
RW Net Carto includes approx. the same functionality as RW Net Free, but is able to work with
much larger street networks.
Your benefit as a CartoVCL user is access to one of the most advanced routing engines available on the
market today. If you ever need any of the more advanced features of RW Net Standard or RW Net Pro,
you can always upgrade.
The combined package of CartoVCL and RW Net Carto can be ordered through the CartoWorld website.
All the above has been in effect since 1 August 2002. If you already have a support licence for CartoVCL, you will have
been automatically notified by CartoWorld.
Short description of CartoVCL
CartoVCL is a mature mapping component which supports Delphi, C++ Builder and Kylix. It has been
around since 1995 and has been constantly upgraded with new facilities. It is very versatile and can be used
for most mapping tasks, including both desktop and web applications.
