About RouteWare

RouteWare is an Embarcadero Technology Partner
RouteWare has existed as a consultancy company since 1992 and has experience with many
different solutions for the Windows platform. Since 1998 RouteWare has specialized in
algorithms and tools for shortest path and related problems.

Our products are continuously extended with new functionality, existing algorithms are
improved, and we do our best to make sure the products are independent and can be used
with your favourite GIS tool and platform.

Several of the products have been developed in collaboration with our partners.

1999-2004 he worked part-time at NERI doing traffic research and taking part in the
administration of an Oracle Spatial & ArcGIS installation.

I started RouteWare back in 1998 and I'm generally involved in all projects to some degree,
but I'm currently spending most of my time developing / supporting RW Net, co-designing /
testing FleetEngine and handling the majority of customer contact.

Maxim Volkov

From 1996 to 2003 Maxim studied at the Obninsk State Technical University of Nuclear Power
Engineering in Russia. During the next 3 years he worked on his Ph.D. thesis that was
entirely based on the software he wrote. At the same time he started participating in
commercial software development. He has gained experience in developing desktop, database,
mobile and web applications using a number of different programming languages.

In 2007 I joined RouteWare and have been involved in many varied tasks, but now mostly
work as the main developer of FleetEngine.

interest in solving complex problems through geographical techniques.

I joined RouteWare in Oct 2011 primarily to take a user perspective to products and services – with
a view to enhancing these to improve usability and to contribute ideas to future product and service
development. I will be involved in many varied roles including application testing and development of
code samples and walk-throughs.

roles have mainly been in the design and development of component based applications
with heavy use of COM and COM+ throughout. He has developed software for a variety of
different technical industries including chemical, pharmaceutical, medical and weather.

I joined RouteWare in 2010, mostly working on the .NET and COM versions of RW Net 4,
but I'm also working on parts of the ITN converter.
